  • To make this process as easy as possible, I have listed my packages and add-on options for you to select along with a date / time and location.

    Once your request to book has been submitted, I will review and confirm your selections.

    Please note that a ( non- refundable 50% deposit of your booking for any parties are required to confirm your booking )

  • YES WE DO! Every package come with a small charcuterie for 2 guests.

    Charcuterie board from GREY BARN ( available for Add-on )

    Or Add a private chef to your package.

  • We welcome all fur friends to join in on the picnic fun! However, please note that many beaches do not allow dogs unless they are certified service dogs.

  • We require a written request at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled date. Please note that you must reschedule your event within 6 months from your originally scheduled date. Our appointments are based upon availability and we unfortunately cannot make special accommodations. Late reschedule requests are subject to a $100 inconvenience service fee and will be added to your invoice to confirm your newly rescheduled date.

  • Our picnic coordinator will text you a friendly reminder of your event a day prior to your scheduled event. Although we cannot control the environment and people in public areas, we will arrive early to scout for the most ideal location to set up your event. You will receive a text of the exact coordinates of your picnic 15-30 minutes prior to your arrival time. I will be there to greet you upon arrival ( unless requested otherwise in advance)

    And will be available via phone should you require immediate and /or urgent assistance during the duration of your event.

  • Please notify our picnic coordinator at least 30 minutes before you leave via phone.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer a partial refund if you finish sooner than your end time since we have specifically reserved that time slot for your event.

  • You must notify us immediately if anything is broken or missing from your picnic. All of our clients are required to read and agree to our terms and conditions. Our policy states that you will be responsible for all the items that are used throughout the duration of your event. Any damaged / missing items that belong to SEA’NIC WITH AMOR will be assessed and invoiced with the description of the damage and the fees. You will be financially liable to cover the cost of these damaged/ missing items and will have up to 7 days from your invoiced date to pay the balance in full.

  • I am located on Martha’s Vineyard, MA

    I will happily provide you with suggestions if you do not have a set location in mind. However, I will need to confirm your requested location after proper assessment is made to ensure that there is clear access to set up our picnic and check if any special permits are required.

    LOCATION: The nature of the picnic is access to public spaces. The maps we provide to clients are meant to serve as a guide, but we cannot guarantee any location as they are all first-come, first-served. We may move your picnic, at our discretion, to provide the best experience possible. We may move a picnic for any number of reasons, some of the most frequent are safety, privacy (we cannot control who will be in a public space and when,) access to shade, views among other reasons. We cannot guarantee an exact location although we will do our best to acquire access. If we cannot garner access, we will set up in another suitable location nearby. We cannot guarantee privacy. All local rules, signs, laws and other permissions apply. Namely, glass and alcohol are prohibited at most MARTHA’S VINEYARD beaches and parks. We cannot guarantee privacy, these are public spaces

    Please note that there is a beach fee for all beach locations and /or a travel fee for locations exceeding 20-miles roundtrip from zip code 02557.

  • I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, but to ensure your preferred date, I suggest the earliest possible!

    Depending on availability, I may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nor predict weather conditions. Our team will notify you the day before and/or on the morning of your event if there is expected to be an issue due to the weather. You will have the option to relocate and host indoors on that day or reschedule your event with a new date that is within 6 months from your originally scheduled date. We cannot cancel your booking nor offer a refund due to the weather since we will be more than happy to provide alternative options at no cost to you.

  • Yes! We require 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your event date and the final half is due 48 hours prior to the picnic.

  • Please send us an email with your request(s) and we will be more than happy to get back to you. Customized packages and themes are based upon availability and all fees will be fully disclosed prior to confirmation of your booking.

  • SEA’NIC WITH AMOR is the luxury picnic leader because we make it our mission to put the client experience at the forefront of everything we do. With that in mind, we cannot control many of the variables that make a Pop Up Picnic so magical- the location, weather, privacy, (and other factors that we may not even know are at play, like people!) are ever-changing. We ask that clients keep this in mind when booking. We also ask that you, Client (the person booking the service) assumes all inherent risk and responsibility for themselves and their guests when booking. Please share all information with your guests before arrival to ensure safety + the best experience possible. SEA’NIC WITH AMOR Picnic is not responsible for any loss, be it physical, personal, monetary or otherwise. These terms are subject to change at any time, without notice.

    ACCESSIBILITY: The locations are generally deemed safe at time of booking but they each have their own risk and accessibility issues- please remember these are public spaces and we have no control over terrain, public use, weather, etc. Please let us know before booking if you require assistance in getting to a picnic location or if you require a specific type of equipment (table and chairs vs pillow seating.) Please be advised that many locations have rough, hard to access terrain including steep inclines, steps, grass, uneven pathways, sand, rocks and other barriers. Locations are often changing due to natural processes (wind, rain, wave activity, etc.) for this reason, we cannot guarantee access.

    CLIFFS: Please stay at least 4 feet from any cliffs. Please verify that our intended location is safe for children before booking. We DO NOT recommend ANY cliffside locations if children will be present.

    BEACH: If you book a beach picnic, you do so at your own risk. We do our best to plan for the tide but there is a possibility of rogue wave activity and you and your belongings may get wet. SEA’NIC WITH AMOR is not responsible for damages to personal items.

    WEATHER: All reservations are weather permitting. In the event of a rare rain event, we will do all we can to accommodate a dry picnic either by moving to a covered location or by rescheduling to another day or time. SEA’NIC WITH AMOR defines a “rain event” as being a 30% or greater chance of rain in the picnic location and time, up to 30 minutes before or after, as determined by Weather Underground and Accuweather. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes. A full credit will be available if CLIENT prefers to reschedule.

    FOOD: Please be sure to let us know of any food sensitivities before booking. We do our best to limit cross-contamination with potential allergens. Our kitchen is largely gluten-free but gluten may have come into contact with other products before being handled in our facility. We also handle dairy, beef, pork, turkey, chicken, nuts (peanuts, tree nuts, coconut) alliums and soy.

    FURNITURE + DECOR: Please only use these items in the manner which they were intended. CLIENT assumes all risk that is inherent when using furniture + decor items.

    PHOTOS: By asking SEA’NIC WITH AMOR team to take photos, you allow us to post on our social media accounts and any promotional materials we may produce in the future. All photos are the sole property of SEA’NIC WITH AMOR and will be used at our discretion.

    CANCELLATION, CREDIT + REFUND POLICY: We don't offer any refunds but we will try to reschedule your picnic. Please note that you must reschedule your event within 6 months from your originally scheduled date.

    Cancellation due to COVID-19 regulations- city, county or state shutdown: No refunds but CLIENT will have a full credit to use at a later date.

    COVID-19: SEA’NIC WITH AMOR takes the utmost care to protect clients + their guests, employees and vendors from the spread of COVID-19. We follow all CDC and local guidelines for masking, social distancing, glove + sanitation practices. All updates to our COVID-19 policies will be posted to our blog: https://www.seanicwithamor.com/ new-blog /2020/4/24 our-covid-19-safety-measures CLIENT agrees to notify SEA’NIC WITH AMOR of any infection before attendance and limit exposure by prohibiting infected invitees and/or cancelling the picnic if necessary. Our priority is health and safety- SEA’NIC WITH AMOR will do our best to accommodate your cancellation and rescheduling as preferable to CLIENT as possible.

  • We do provide contact for multiple local chefs. We do ask that you reach out to them personally to obtain pricing, complete deposits etc

  • We arrive anywhere between 1-2 hours PRIOR to your event start time. This allows us to complete the setup before your event and guests arrive. If you have chosen a Park Location, you will receive a text with our exact location. We will stay present with the setup until you arrive. We do require all guests in a park to stay with the setup to avoid any theft. If anything is stolen due to a guest leaving prior to their time, you will be financially responsible for all lost, damaged or stolen items plus additional losses
